Training programs

1. Pull-ups 30 weeks training program

2. 10 minutes sequence (always warm up before exercising)

If it is too hard for your level, decrease timing twice. If more load required, increase x2, x3 or use 3 or 2 fingers.

1st minute

- 5 pull-ups using jugs

2nd minute 

- 15 seconds bent-arm hang using 3rd edge (biggest one)

- 10 seconds straight-arm hang using 2nd edge (middle one)

3rd minute

- 2 offset pull-ups using 3rd edge with your right hand and 1st edge with your left hand

- 2 offset pull-ups hands reversed

4rth minute

- 20 seconds sit-hang using 3rd edge

- 10 seconds straight-arm hang using 2nd edge

5th minute

- 5 pull-ups using 3rd edge

6th minute

- 20 seconds bent-arm hang using 2nd edge

- 10 seconds straight-arm hang using 1st edge

7th minute

- 15 seconds sit hang using 3rd edge

- 5 seconds straight-arm hang using pinch

8th minute

- 10 seconds offset hang using jug with your right hand and 1st edge with your left hand

- 10 seconds repeat with hands reversed

9th minute

- 20 seconds sit hang using 3dr edge

10th minute

- 5 pull-ups using 2nd edge

- straight-arm hang to failure using 1st edge
