Returns/Exchanges and Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the receiving date.

In the United States: 

Returns and exchanges are free of charge if the domestic shipping was used. Send us your order number at email support@ucraftclimbing.com and we will provide you a shipping slip to send the item back to us. After you will provide the tracking number we will issue a full refund the same way the original payment was made. 

All other countries:

In the rest of the countries, it depends on the return reason.

If the return reason is our fault (the wrong size shipped or damaged product) we will pay for shipping or refund the shipping cost.  

If the return reason is the customer's fault like the wrong size ordered (all products have accurate sizing chart + physical measurements that you can compare to the clothes that you wear to be sure you are ordering the right size. Customer pays for return shipping. We will issue a refund after receiving and inspecting the product. To apply for the return, please, send us an email at support@ucraftclimbing.com with your order number and return reason. In return, we will send you our mailing address and you will need to send the item back to us, please note that the freight cost is paid by the customer. After receiving your item we will issue a full refund or send you an exchange item.
